For Bodriggy, their world of flavour is a modern IPA with Company Card blurring the lines between West Coasts and Calis for an incredibly lean, punchy and bitter beer.
Those hops are a mix of Centennial Incognito, Topaz, Vic Secret and Nelson Sauvin which waltz to the figurative bar and return with arms full of mango, gooseberry and passionfruit. But along for the ride is a more traditional West Coast nous of grapefruit, floral and piney characteristics with a bitter bite and lean finsih for the wonderfully golden and sparkling clear beer.
