Cheeky Monkey have consistently impressed with the Surf Break series and The Farm keeps that trend moving in the right direction.
A well-known beach break, The Farm is a surf spot that often pumps in the winter months. This hazy has landed in unison with summer, however, and is well placed for seasonal thirst-quenching with a sizeable tropical-leaning profile thanks to the heavy-handed use of the hop blend Trident, made up of three Pacific Northwest hop varieties.
Those tropical notes – prominent mango, lychee and guava in particular – pop against a soft mouthfeel that also features a touch of fresh fruit sweetness and a chalkiness that carries moreish, ripe fruit character into a lengthy, clean finish. Aromatics are abundant here, while the 7.5 percent ABV doesn’t show itself, making for a refreshing, repeatably sippable hazy IPA.
