A mainstay of the Prickly Moses lineup from back in the days when the brewery went under the Otway Estate banner, this is a deeply dark beer inspired by traditional dry stouts. As such, it's lighter on the palate than many of its Aussie peers and has a refreshing sharpness to its texture too, yet this lighter body doesn't mean it lacks layers.
There are coffee and gentle roasted characters at one end, caramel and sweet milk chocolate at the other, with the result akin to a carbonated double shot mocha.
