Each beer purchased sees money raised to help support research into and conservation of the endangered Tiger Quolls native to the Otways where the brewery is based. The beer is created in the mold of Aussie summer or Pacific ales, pale golden in colour with hops of the tropical and citrus fruit variety set against light, sweet honeyed malts.
