For Beerland Brewing’s first collaboration brew (partners-in-crime Rocky Ridge know a thing or two about making beer friends already), the cowled collaborators settled on a Belgian stout with a devilish ABV.
Belgian yeast derived esters lead you into a lighter than expected body where chocolate, light liquorice and muted coffee appear alongside a little spice. The smooth mouthfeel is aided by a slight creamy carbonation before giving way to a dry finish.
