Molly Rose Gaterale

Summer is here and if you’re eager for some post-workout refreshment (and maybe to add back in the kilojoules you just lost), Molly Rose have the beer for you. Gaterale is a barrel-fermented lemon and lime gose that first poured at a Good Beer Week Gala when it was very warmly received.

Now it’s back for the end of 2022 and brings a really refreshing mix of tart and fragrant citrus and a touch of salinity. If Melbourne becomes as humid as Brisbane, then I’d want this beer to join me for the impending apocalypse. Or, at the very least, I’d grab it well before I went for anything in a weirdly shaped plastic bottle.
