Do you remember your first IPA? That moment where your eyes opened wide, the hairs on the back of your neck stood up and it felt as if you’d been electrified? Nope? Maybe that’s just me.
But maybe it's Molly Rose too as they've captured the delights of a West Coast IPA with Electrified and it’s heavy hit of bitterness. Pouring perfectly clear and with a golden straw hue, the lean malt profile is a base that lets all those hops get to work. Largely, they bring delightful and punchy hits of grapefruit, peach, nectarine and a pine that’s resinous enough for you to wnonder if the brewery’s managed to work out how to juice a pine cone.
