Molly Rose’s Not Wasted series is dedicated to turning waste into something you can drink and in the case of Little Gialla, the brewery looked to see what funk they could find in used grapeskins from their mates at Little Brunswick Winery.
The collaboration saw the beer start life as a straightforward hazy only to then be introduced to what was left behind from from Little Brunswick’s Tiny Town Ribolla Gialla. It's a wine grape known for it's lemon characterstics and they certainly left plenty if flavour behind for the beer, with lemon zest, grapefruit and a sherbet all carried across the palate for a beer that's less of a hazy and more of a natty.
