Molly Rose Raspberry Lamington

Maybe it’s thanks to our isolation, but Australia is a place that likes to claim many national dishes. The Pav, the snag in bread, and the Bachelor’s Handbag are all pivotal to our sense of identity, even if some of them are stolen from our friends in New Zealand (much like many of our best actors).

But few are as comforting and classic as the Lamington, and here Molly Rose have eschewed brewing a dark tribute to the cake and instead opted for a raspberry and coconut sour. The vibrant beer is incredibly refreshing with tart raspberry leading the charge, balanced by the soft smother of coconut, bringing with it a bit of richness.
