Just as the song Shaddap You Face is as important a classic as anything by Mozart, Molly Rose have set their sights on two quite diferent but equally quintessential beer styles. Beaming is a West Coast IPA that was one of the brewery’s very first hoppy releases and even back then was a bit of a throwback. Incredibly lean, the beer broadcasts grapefruit rind, pine and resin while the bitterness has a touch of the herbal to it which leans into a crisp, dry cracker-like finish.
Whereas, Resolved is a saison that's been named after Molly Rose’s forthright commitment to always keep a steady stream of saisons readily available. It's a tough life but someone's got to do it and here they've followed the Dupont school of farmhouse ales. It means it's dry on the palate, highly effervescent while the yeast brings cloves and lemonpeel and the hops drive an earthy spice.
