As someone who looked after two small dogs for two short weeks, let me tell you something. Little dogs are hard work; they get everywhere, they’re fast and they have about as much energy as the literal centre of the sun. At this time of year, they love to play in dirt and mud too which then makes it inside, getting those grubby paws all over your rental.
But I’m not complaining (despite the obvious evidence), you can’t blame dogs for anything really, particularly not for rolling around in mud. It’s in their nature and Molly Rose have brewed a tribute to that very fact and celebrated this time of year and all that mud, with Grubby Paws. The dark lager is based on a classic Munich Dunkel and brings a malty mix of bready, chocolate and biscuit notes with a clean finish (again, only a slight complaint here, but a clean finish on the floors right now would be as lovely as it is in a beer).
