Dainton Beer Choc Berry Bomb

Dainton Beer don’t really need GABS to brew outlandish beers but they’re never likely to let the chance to get experimental pass them by are they? For GABS 2023, they’ve brewed Choc Berry Bomb, a beer filled with blood plum, raspberry and chocolate.

On top of that, it’s a Berliner Weisse (but, given it’s 7.3% you could argue an “imperial” is missing) and comes dosed with nitro. Unsurprisingly, that makes it one thick and creamy beer, while it's filled with flavours of sweet raspberry, plum and milk chocolate as a subtle tang helps shock the palate out of a rich and smooth daze.
