Glory glory to South Sydney; Young Henrys' 2023 Glory Haze is a celebration of the brewery's partnership with the Rabbitohs that was brewed by avid Rabbitohs supporters and even named by one lucky fan (hint; it wasn't Albo, despite the clear reference to The Boss). Given the can's design reflects the colours of cardinal and myrtle that have become synonymous with South Sydney, you won't doubt that this one is for the supporters.
This beer is for supporters of clean, balanced, citrus-filled and slightly tropical hops, no doubt brought by Topaz, Centennial, US Cascade and Citra Cyro hops. The tropical notes come alive and the first sip gives an initial feeling of sipping an adult version of Golden Pash juice. An airy, bubble-filled head is sparkly effervescent like a delightful beer fairy floss, pouring a dreamy gold with a slight opaque haze suggesting it's best drunk whilst debating which of your mates has been called out by the Betoota Advocate as a random Souths supporter.
