Brick Lane Wild Sky

Brick Lane continue their journey into the world of zero carb beers with Wild Sky a pale ale that follows on from the Japanese lager, Hi-Fi Dry. Although this beer doesn’t share a close connection to a You Am I album, the brewery still has you covered in the sound pairing department and suggest Tones And I’s Fly Away.

Like the first release, this beer boasts 87 calories per can, while Cascade and Vic Secret lead the charge on the flavour front. Together, they bring a soft aroma of pine and citrus, with that citrus carrying through on the palate and bringing a touch of zest, alongside some soft hues of melon. With a light mouthfeel and gentle touch of bitterness, you can't help but feel like Wild Sky is a beer ready for when the sky is bright and the days get longer and longer.
