The brewers at Mash here pay homage to the classic rum cocktail Dark & Stormy with a beer mimicking the flavours of the ginger and lime inspired beverage. The base is a golden ale, one they've hit with plenty of fresh ginger and lime before finishing things off with oak chips soaked in rum to add spice and depth.
